Following the Competition and Market Authority’s (CMA) market investigation into the funeral sector, the Funeral Market Investigation Order 2021 introduced a legal requirement for all funeral directors to publish a Standard Price List.

The price list must be available on Funeral Director's website, in the window of their Funeral Home,  and as a printed copy for clients to take away and review.
